Client Need:
Congressional committees HPCI and SSCI mandated NSA to replace its antiquated performance management process with a best practices system. The agency initially attempted this project internally but failed.
Our Solution:
With an internal NSA team, we developed a sophisticated process that included weighting of objectives and provided mandatory objectives for all personnel in leadership jobs. Rollout involved Train-the-Trainer sessions and Senior Executive Service presentations.
Successful Result:
Eleven years after deployment and two changes of administration, the system continues to operate just as designed.
