We designed a calibration procedure specifically appropriate for Churchill Downs. We then facilitated a series of calibration meetings over a period of three years.
Performance appraisal ratings are consistent across the company, including ratings of employees in distant racetracks. Through our coaching, Churchill Downs is now able to continue the calibration sessions themselves without the need for outside help.
